Lake Rules

• Please arrive after 4pm and leave no later than 10am.
• Guests are asked to pay a security deposit on arrival which is fully refunded when the cottages are left clean & tidy with no breakages. Logs are available for the wood burning stove, if you require the central heating an additional charge is payable for each cottage. Please speak to Lesley or Giles before you arrive.
• Only paying guests are allowed on the lake. The angler is responsible for any damage caused.
• No litter around the lake.
• People found to be leaving faeces anywhere around the lake will be asked to leave immediately.
• Only green bivvies or tents around the lake.
• Radios must be used quietly. Fires are not allowed. Swimming is not allowed.
• The cutting of trees, bushes or lotus flowers is strictly forbidden.
• The owners cannot be held responsible for loss or theft during your stay.
• No refund given for early departure.
• The owners have the right to inspect fishing tackle and may stop the use of incorrect equipment, eg. barbed hooks, small landing nets/unhooking mats.
• You will be asked to leave for improper behaviour of any kind.
• Bait packs can be pre-ordered with Angling Lines & be waiting for you on arrival.
• Mats and nets supplied at lake.
• No Rotary Rigs, Helicopter Rigs or Chod Rigs.
• Please use a carp anti-sceptic like "klin-ik" if necessary.
